Steve-O is opening up about a “desperate” time in his life.
The 44-year-old Jacka** star sat down with Graham Bensinger for a new interview that was posted to YouTube on Wednesday. During the chat, Steve-O revealed that, before becoming sober, he went to extreme lengths for a cocaine fix.
I had this drug dealer, he lived very close by. I had him in my phone as his first name and then ‘Everything’ as a sort of last name he said, ‘I got everything,'” Steve-O recalled. “I would go over to Everything’s house if he didnt answer my call sometimes I would show up and he’d be there and sell me my drugs. Sometimes I would show up and the door would be locked and it was like ‘F**k.’ And then there were sometimes where I would show up and the door would be unlocked but he would be, like, passed out, cause he was very much a drug user as well as a dealer.
Everything, Steve-O revealed, would inject himself with cocaine. That practice resulted in blood splatter around Everything’s home, something that could quickly turn dangerous due to the dealer’s HIV-positive status.
“This one time when I showed up and he was in his bedroom passed out. He wasn’t dead, but I couldnt wake him up,” Steve-O said. ” Over at the table, where he would weigh out all of his drugs, there was a very noticeable residue of cocaine.”
“I snorted the blood of an intravenous drug user,” Steve-O added, before revealing that he did not contract HIV.

What Treatment Options Did Steve Jobs Take
With many cancers, the earlier treatment begins, the better the chances of survival. However, after Steves tumours were discovered in 2003, he delayed surgery and medical treatment for nine months while he explored alternative treatments such as acupuncture, a vegan diet, herbs, and cleansing juices. Steve later told his biographer that he regretted the decision to delay medical treatment. By the time he finally had surgery in 2004, the cancer had spread to his liver.
In 2009, Steve underwent a liver transplant and reportedly improved after the surgery. Unfortunately, the cancer relapsed, with him looking progressively paler and more gaunt leading to this last photo of him in public at WWDC 2011.
Eventually he would pass away due to complications from the relapse.
Some cancer experts believe that Steve would still be alive today had he not delayed treatment.

On February 23, 2008, Steve-O joined the rest of the Jackass crew for the Jackass MTV 24 Hour Takeover, which promoted JackassWorld.com. He participated in several stunts, and even debuted his rap music video which was executive produced by recording artist D-Jukes, leading to Mike Judge bringing back the duo of Beavis and Butt-head for the first time in years to criticize it. During the live broadcast Steve-O was kicked out of MTV studios on the request of executives for his behavior and intoxication.
On March 9, 2008, after receiving an e-mail from Steve-O that suggested his possible suicide, Steve-O’s friends, including co-star Johnny Knoxville, became concerned he was a danger to himself and consulted with physician Dr. Drew Pinsky, who told them to get Steve-O to a hospital immediately. Steve-O was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold which was later lengthened to 14 days due to an alleged suicide attempt. In a mass e-mail addressed to his friends, Steve-O expressed that he previously had thought of his drug use and bipolarity as a “good thing”, but that he now realizes that his drug use was apparently hurting those he loved most. He later stated that his drug use got so bad that he hallucinated an intervention with his friends, humorously stating that he knew he needed help once his hallucinations started urging him to.
Early Life And Education
Stephen Gilchrist Glover was born in Wimbledon, London, on June 13, 1974. His mother, Donna Gay Glover , was Canadian, and his father, Richard Edward “Ted” Glover, is an American of English descent. His maternal step-grandfather was voice-over announcer Wayne Howell. When he was six months old, his family moved to Brazil due to his father’s job as president of the South American division of Pepsi-Cola, and Steve-O stated in an interview with Graham Bensinger that his first words were in Portuguese. His family moved from Brazil to Venezuela when he was two, where he learned fluent Spanish at age four, he moved to Darien, Connecticut at age six, he moved to Miami, Florida at nine years old, he moved back to England at age 12, he moved to Toronto, Ontario and at age 13, he moved back to England again, remaining there through all four years of high school at the American School in London until he graduated.
He attended the University of Miami to study with the School of Communications, but dropped out after one year due to poor grades and acts of disobedience in school. He also attended the University of New Mexico from 1996 to 1997. He graduated from the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Clown College in 1997. After graduation, he was not selected to join the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus, but worked as a clown in a circus at the Fort Lauderdale Swap Shop flea market. He filmed his stunts, including his clown performances, throughout this period.

Scientists Say First Woman Apparently Cured Of Hiv With New Treatment

Scientists announced Tuesday that the first woman appears to be cured of HIV using a stem cell transplant method, according to multiple reports.
Scientists expect to expand the eligibility of the state-of-the-art treatment to dozens more people every year, NBC reported.
The treatment used stem cells from umbilical cord blood, which is more widely available than adult stem cells used in bone marrow transplants, according to The New York Times. Stem cells from umbilical cords also do not need to be as closely matched to the recipient as bone marrow cells do, The Times noted.
The HIV-positive woman also had leukemia and had received treatment from the umbilical cord blood for her cancer from a donor who partially matched. She also received blood from a close relative, according to the Times.
The case is believed to be the first time that a woman has had her HIV medically cured. Although women comprise half of the worlds HIV cases, only 11 percent of cure trial participants are women, the newspaper noted.
Two men have been apparently cured of their HIV cases with similar treatments, which were initially undergone for cancer treatments as well, reports NBC.
