- Habilitation Training Specialist
- Maintaining patient care records and carefully noting the condition and progress of the patient. They must report any problems to a direct supervisor or case manager.

You can hire a home health aide directly or through an agency.

The agency provides monitoring and supervision of home health aides, for example, if there’s a mishap or complaint, and you should be able to reach it at any time, day or night.
