Setting Up Your Account

1. Open Oticon RemoteCare App on your iPhone or iPad and allow access to the camera and microphone to enable the video function in the app.

2. Your hearing aid must be paired. If your hearing aid are not connected to your iPhone or iPad, follow the instructions for pairing above.

4. Enter your e-mail address and click CONTINUE.

5. Go to your email inbox

6. Open the e-mail from Oticon. Click: Finalize your account.

7. Create a password following the criteria prompted by the app. You will use the password when you connect to RemoteCare appointments. Confirm yourpassword by entering it again in the second field. Create a Display name and click on CREATE.

8. When the account is successfully created, click on BACK TO THE APP to continue to sign in.

9 Click on SIGN IN. Sign in with your social account or your existing account.

10. Enter your credentials and click on SIGN IN.

11. Click on MY APPOINTMENT to go to your appointment

12. Read the privacy notice. Click Agree to activate the services in Oticon RemoteCare App.

13. Insert new batteries in your hearing aid. If you use rechargeable hearing aid make sure they are charged. Make sure you have your charger nearby as you may need it to restart your hearing aid. Alternatively you can restart hearing aid manually. Proceed by clicking I UNDERSTAND

• The charger and hearing aids require the temperature to be between +41°F to +104°F.
• The charger LED remains turned off when the charger is connected
• The charger is not switched on = Verify the power supply is connected correctly

• The charger LED shows long red blinks
• The hearing aid or charger is too warm = Move the charger and hearing aids to a different location

• The charger LED repeated shows 3 short red blinks

• Staying red OR no indicator light at all = Battery error, action required
• The hearing aid must be reset by activating the stock mode.
